Founder of The Workforce Matters, Cherrise Chand, has worked in Human Resource Management (or Personnel Management as it was previously known) for more than 13 years.

Her qualifications include a Master of Science Degree in Human Resources and she holds “Chartered Fellow” status from the Chartered Institute of Personnel & Development.

Cherrise was motivated to create The Workforce Matters because she believes that all businesses regardless of their size or sector, should benefit from being able to access flexible, cost effective and timely human resource services enabling them to get the very best from their workforce!
